- The selection of digital gift cards available is subject to stock levels. Please be aware that both prices and availability may change without prior notification.
- Prices for products are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Full payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on our site such as PayPal or credit/debit cards. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing mistakes or issues during payment processing.
- Orders for digital gift cards will typically be processed within 48 hours. After successful payment processing, you will receive an electronic version of your purchased product via email or directly in your account on our site. We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control such as email failures or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Due to the nature of digital gift cards, once a product has been delivered or a code has been redeemed, returns and refunds are not permitted. If there are problems with your gift card within 7 days after receipt, please reach out so we can assist you appropriately; replacements for errors like incorrect codes will only be given if reported promptly.
- You agree to use products according to the terms set forth by their respective providers (Apple, Google Play, Nintendo, Xbox). We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from misuse including bans or fraudulent activities related to gift cards.
- You are responsible for protecting your account information including password security and must monitor all actions taken under your account; if unauthorized usage is suspected, please contact us immediately.
- You commit not to partake in illegal activities while utilizing this website that could harm its functionality or disrupt others’ experiences nor engage in any fraudulent behavior against terms established by gift card providers.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law – we shall not be liable for punitive damages resulting from website interactions and transactions related thereto.
- You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from discrepancies related to website usage contrary to these Terms including costs incurred (like legal fees).
- We maintain the right to amend these Terms at any time; any changes will be documented here along with updated effective dates so continued use indicates acceptance of revised terms herein.
